Important Notes
- Hong Kong Mask entrusts third-party couriers for delivery. The actual delivery process and timeline are arranged by the courier service.
- If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address, causing a lost or returned package, Hong Kong Mask is not responsible for any loss due to address errors.
- If redelivery to a corrected address is required, the customer must pay for reshipping fees.
Other Relevant Terms (Applicable to Local Delivery in Hong Kong)
After Shipment
- The recipient must be available at the delivery address during the shipping period to receive the package.
- If the recipient fails to collect the package within the permitted time, it may be returned to us.
- Before reshipping, the customer must pay the full shipping fee again.
Insurance
- We do not provide insurance for local or international shipments.
- Customers are responsible for any losses during shipment.
